About Our Team
The Lenovo Sustainability Services Organization focuses to reduce the impact of products on the environment by applying business intelligence to maximize reuse and recovery across the product lifecycle. In addition, the Sustainability Services team works with the cross functional organizations to maximize the valuation and extend the lifecycle of assets to provide incremental residual value to Lenovo's Customers.
What You'll Do
The Circular Economy Services Partner Manager will work closely with the Project Management Office and Sustainability Services Organization to develop and maintain strategic partnerships between Lenovo and its partners to achieve mutual goals. This role will continually ensure that these collaborations are effective, sustainable, and aligned with the Lenovo's overall corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in partnership agreements.
- Monitor the progress and success of partnerships against predefined metrics.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
- Identify potential partnership opportunities and conduct market research.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Lenovo vendors to analyze customer processes and environments and provide circular economy expertise and overall solution recommendations.
- Analyze partnership data and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Educate customers and internal stakeholders on circular economy services. Engage as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on circular economy solutions.
- Present partnership plans and progress updates to stakeholders.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Business equivalent.
- Must have experience in project management, product lifecycle management, customer and vendor contracting.
- Experience with electronic product end of life management.
- Experience with process improvements across multiple regions within an organization.
- Vendor management and running an effective business management system.
- Strong ability to produce, leverage and interpret big data sets and operationalize for decision making.
- Highly articulate and professional in both oral and written communication, as well as presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills to achieve desired result.
- Must have 5+ years' experience in solution development, contract creation and negotiation, business development, project management and/or services operations experience.
