Description and Requirements

Position Description:

1. Conduct AP 13 countries and regions daily payroll processing and keep 99.95% above payroll accuracy with 99.95% timeline.

2. Process banking, country statutory and year-end tax filling accurate and on time.

3. Collaborate with HR Service Center, local HR operation team, HRBP and payroll vendor to process daily payroll activities and solve payroll issues.

4. Support and conduct focal countries' global payroll related projects.

5. Follow up and conduct the task that payroll manager assigned.

6. Deal with daily payroll cases raised from HRBP, EE and managers.

7. Working with other teams for payroll matters, eg LTI, ESPP, HRIS, HRSC, and etc.

8. Quarterly reconciliations in preparation of year-end.

9. Provide new hire training if needed.

Position Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of work experience.

2. Good communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Detail-oriented and sensitive about figures.

4. Good team collaborative skills.

5. Be familiar with Microsoft Excel and PPT.

6. Good English skills (IELTS> or = 6.5) and prefer fluent Cantonese or Japanese.

7. Bachler degree or above.
