Description and Requirements
Job description
- Provide assistance to the process of development and maintenance of the Quality Management System, seeking information and feedback that allow evaluation of the programs and procedures implemented.
- Program and execute the training of all employees in the activities of the Quality Management System, aiming at the multiplication of knowledge and facilitating the implementation of the programs.
- Advise the managers and facilitators of the company in the implementation of the activities of the Quality Management System, aiming to guarantee its execution within the established standards.
- Organize internal and external events related to the Quality Management System, aiming to promote employee training.
- Participate in the elaboration and writing of procedures related to quality.
- Maintain controls on quality records and procedures.
- Manage the calibration process of monitoring and measurement equipment by an accredited external laboratory.
- Knowledge of quality tools (PDCA, SIPOC, 5W2H...).
- Knowledge of ESD control (Electrostatic Discharge) and 5S program.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- Experience within Quality
- Experience within NPI & Projects
