Description and Requirements

Justification

Given the voluntary resignation of Hu Jiang (itcode hujiang4), we are in urgent need of a competent backfill to strengthen our team. We are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Technical Product Analyst, with the following main responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Responsible for in-depth analysis of market trends and user needs, using AI tools to assist in identifying key market opportunities.
Product Vision and Roadmap:

Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap, ensuring that product development is aligned with business objectives.
Requirement Identification and Management: Through user research and data analysis, accurately identify user needs and translate them into product features and improvement points.
Product Design and Experience: Participate in the design of product features and user interfaces, ensuring that product design complies with best practices for user experience.
Cross-departmental Collaboration:

Cooperate with engineering, design, marketing, and other departments to ensure consistency and coordination in product development and market promotion.
Agile Development and Iteration: Use agile development methods to manage product iteration and release cycles, responding quickly to market changes and user feedback.
Product Training and Communication:

Prepare training materials to enhance the understanding of the product among internal teams and customers.
Technological Innovation and Exploration:

Explore the potential application of new AI technologies in e-commerce systems, such as natural language processing and machine learning, to promote product intelligence and personalization.
This backfill is indispensable for us, as it will enhance our productization and externalization capabilities, while also accelerating the deployment of artificial intelligence and aiding in the strategic progress of our company.
