Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1. 根据项目需求支持IT服务采购,包括IT软件、人力外包及相关的非生产性物料采购;
2. 管理采购运营,交付关键绩效指标;
3. 持续推动成本优化
4. 支持采购数字化;
5. 支持供应商绩效管理;
6. 学习行业知识并与团队分享;
7. 支持日常工作中的紧急情况;
职位要求:
1. 1-5年采购相关工作经验,有IT服务类采购经验优先;
2. 流利的英语交流能力;
3. 能够规划和执行与业务转型、供应/供应商管理、流程再造和成本管理相关的采购运营活动;
4. 可以在特定商品/类别内实施采购策略,进行供应商筛选、价格谈判;
3. 能够跟踪和分析采购业绩,包括成本、现金流、费用控制;
4. 可以与业务部门互动,推动商品路线图和类别采购战略;
5. 为间接支出制定产品商品来源计划,进行支出管理;
6. 具备基本的谈判技巧和分析能力,能够与供应商建立良好的关系,在快节奏的环境中独立和团队合作。
