Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1. 根据项目需求支持IT服务采购,包括人力外包及相关的非生产性物料采购;
2. 管理采购运营,交付关键绩效指标;
3. 持续推动成本优化,支持采购数字化;
5. 支持供应商绩效管理;
6. 学习行业知识并与团队分享;
7. 支持日常工作中的紧急情况;
8. 支持采购运营相关的计划、成本管控、业务转型和流程再造工作。
岗位要求:
1. 精通粤语,英语读写流利;
2. 1-3年采购相关经验,有人力外包采购经验优先;
3. 具备基本的数据分析和处理技能;
3.具备团队协作技能;
4. 拥有良好的学习能力;
5. 结果导向,逻辑思维清晰。
