Description and Requirements

岗位职责:

承接公司战略,负责所在区域手机产品整体销售达成和零售竞争力建设;

1、制定销售策略和计划,带领团队和合作伙伴达成销售目标;

2、结合竞争态势和自身能力,制定零售体系规划建设策略并能开拓重点合作伙伴;

3、分析客户需求和竞争态势,制定和实施有效的市场推广策略和促销计划;

4、通过有效培训和沟通,提升内外部团队手机零售能力;

5、管理驻店员团队,包括招聘,培训,考核,激励和团队建设,提高销售能力和业绩。

任职资格:

1、具备手机行业相关工作经验;

2、较强的理解能力、表达能力、合作谈判能力,有较强的抗压能力;
