Description and Requirements
工作职责：
1.负责开发平台的环境搭建，配置库管理、版本管理、分支管理、发布管理，变更管理以及权限管控等。
2.负责配置管理流程的培训、宣贯、支持和优化。
3.对研发人员进行配置管理流程和工具的培训和指导。
4.解决开发过程中的配置相关问题。
5.监督开发过程中流程的实施，及时发现问题并进行改进。
6.持续集成工具的优化。
7.负责平台代码集成，基线控制与管理。
8.开发和完善配置管理平台，实现操作规范化、自动化，提高工作效率。
任职要求：
1.通信、计算机及其相关专业本科以上学历。
2.较好的英语听说读写能力。
3.熟练使用Linux系统常用命令。
4.掌握shell，python等脚本技能。
5.熟练掌握Git，Gerrit等配置管理工具的使用。
6.熟练使用Jenkins等构建工具。
7.熟悉JIRA，Confluence等项目管理工具。
8.熟悉windows环境下C，C++，Go等语言的编译。
9.熟悉Android项目管理流程和软件开发过程，有PMP，ACP，CSPM证书优先考虑。
10.工作仔细认真，有耐心、主动积极，并能承受一定的工作压力。
11.具备一定程度的协调和组织能力，具备团队合作精神。
12.具备良好的沟通能力，语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力。
