Description and Requirements

  1. 负责平台员工关怀活动、接待和会务支持工作
  2. 负责平台办公行政费用预算、支出及管控
  3. 负责平台供应商管理,包括供应商引入、年度考核、合同管理等,保证采购业务合规
  4. 负责行政资产全生命周期管理,资产采购、定期盘点,检查、报废、转移等工作
  5. 负责平台证照印章管理及税务申报等综合职责承载,保障办公室合规有序运营
  6. 愿意了解行业动态与优秀实践,不断审视、优化业务流程与规范
