Description and Requirements
工作职责
1. 根据项目要求，负责设计AI智算数据中心的高性能、高可靠、可扩展的网络架构
2. 参与网络设备的选型，确保设备的性能和功能符合智算业务的要求
3. 云平台SDN融合编排智算网络设备，设计、开发实现，输出相关的技术文档
4. 跟踪智算业务和网络技术的发展趋势，探索创新的网络架构和解决方案
职位要求
1. 计算机、通信工程、电子工程等相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 具有5年以上数据中心网络架构设计和实施经验，有智算网络相关经验者优先
3. 深刻理解RDMA技术，熟悉IB、RoCE等智算中心网络方案
4. 熟悉AI业务流程，了解AI工作负载的特点和网络需求
5. 主要开发语言：C/C++、Java、Go、Python掌握至少一种。
6. 具备较强的逻辑思维和系统分析能力，能够独立完成复杂网络架构的设计和优化
7.熟悉大规模系统的负载均衡、缓存、网络存储、网络安全、数据库高可用设计及性能评估机制；
8.具有大型智算中心建设经验优先，千卡万卡智算中心建设经验优先。
