Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 负责AI工具和系统的设计、开发、部署、运维工作，确保工具的高效稳定运行。
2. 参与AI项目的需求分析，制定技术方案，并编写相关技术文档。
3. 跟进AI领域的最新技术动态，不断优化和完善现有工具，提高系统性能和用户体验。
4. 负责AI工具的测试、部署和监控，及时解决运维过程中的技术问题。
5. 提供技术支持，协助团队解决AI工具在实际应用中遇到的问题。
6. 与其他部门紧密合作，确保AI工具能够满足业务需求，推动项目顺利进行。
岗位要求：
1. 专业背景：计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业；
2. 工作经验：1-2年，其中至少1年人工智能相关经验；
3. 技能要求：
编程：熟练掌握Python、Java、C++等至少一种编程语言，熟悉数据结构和算法；
人工智能：理解机器学习原理，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，有实际项目经验；
沟通协作：具备良好的沟通技巧和团队协作能力；
软件开发：熟悉软件开发生命周期，能编写清晰、可维护的代码和文档；
系统运维：熟悉Linux操作系统，具备基本网络知识和TCP/IP协议；
4. 个人素质：沟通清晰、学习能力强、具备一定的抗压能力。
加分项：
云计算、大语言模型、数据库、大数据处理、版本控制、自动化脚本、网络安全、项目管理等技能；
