Description and Requirements

岗位职责:
1. 手机销售策略制定与执行:制定全国线下门店销售策略,根据市场动态和竞争情况适时调整销售策略,达成销售目标。
2. 店面手机业绩监控与分析:管理并分析店面销售数据,结合市场调研,识别店面销售趋势和潜在问题,与合作伙伴建立良好的合作关系,提升店面盈利。
3. 店面手机体验优化:管理和优化手机在店面布局与展陈,提升店面形象与客户体验 。
4. OMO店面营销:实施店面OMO营销活动,提升客户参与度、客户体验和转化率。
5. 店面销售培训与发展:参与手机店面销售所需的培训计划制定与实施,提升店面销售人员的专业技能和客户服务。
岗位要求:
1. 具有市场营销、商业管理或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
2. 具有5年以上消费电子行业的线下门店销售经验,具有全国性线下门店销售网络管理经验者优先。
3. 对新技术和市场趋势具有敏锐的洞察力,熟悉OMO模式下的销售策略和市场趋势,具有OMO模式下的销售管理经验者优先。
4. 具有较强的数据分析能力和市场洞察力,良好的人际交往能力和谈判技巧,具备多任务处理能力,能够在快节奏环境中高效工作。
