Description and Requirements
工作职责
1. 负责设计、推广和销售公司的算力租赁类服务，包括但不限于云资源、GPU计算资源、混合云产品等。
2. 掌握市场上租赁业务的多种销售模式并灵活运用。
3. 根据客户需求，提供定制化的云产品和算力租赁方案。
4. 与技术团队紧密合作，确保解决方案的实施和服务质量。
5. 为销售团队进行租赁类服务方案赋能
6. 识别潜在客户，通过电话、电子邮件、在线会议等方式主动接触并介绍公司服务。
7. 达成销售目标，定期分析销售数据，优化销售策略。
任职要求
1. 深入了解金融租赁业务、云行业和算力市场，了解相关项目运作模式。
2. 计算机科学、信息技术、市场营销或相关专业本科以上学历。
3. 5年以上销售/售前经验，有算力租赁、云计算、数据中心或相关领域工作经验者优先。
4. 实操过算力设备/软件/云等大型订阅类项目。
5. 具备优秀的销售技巧，能独立完成企业级设备租赁及云的销售和客户开发。
6. 具备优秀的行业资源优先。
7. 对云计算技术有深入理解，熟悉主流云服务提供商的产品。
8. 流利的英文听说读写能力优先。
9. 能够在快节奏和目标驱动的环境中工作，具备自我驱动能力。
