What you're applying for
We're looking for a passionate Insurance Product Operations Manager to help our car Insurance product squads excel. Are you a highly collaborative, creative thinker who's passionate about craftsmanship and excellence? Are you a force of nature when it comes to end-to-end execution? As we expand our car product, you'll help the car Insurance teams to scale and improve and enhance the alignment between the insurance and product teams. Your ultimate goal: Push forward innovations that will enable the car Insurance teams to scale and improve.
In this role you'll
- Develop and implement operational processes to streamline insurance product initiatives
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks to guide efficient delivery of products
- Manage product launch timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive product success
- Implement best practices and tools for project management, collaboration, and communication
- Empower our car insurance product teams to optimize for scale and efficiency, while consistently holding stakeholders accountable for their deliverables, and with minimal friction
- Support various squads in their planning processes, making sure future plans align with organizational goals
- Help choose and support relevant tools and processes for automation and best practices
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in tech operations
- Exceptional people skills and a surplus of empathy
- Proven experience creating and enforcing processes to achieve deliverable outcomes with speed and excellence
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with experience using task and project management tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to travel to our US offices once a quarter
- Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
- Enthusiasm about learning and adapting to the exciting world of AI - a commitment to exploring this field is a fundamental part of our culture
