Job Summary: The Nation Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting our IC customer. The candidate will coordinate with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for team deliverables, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with project requirements.
- Effectively engage with senior management across internal and external organizations.
- Manages research and coordination for projects.
- Instructs and interacts with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks.
- Ensures that final products conform to customer quality standards and intelligence oversight guidelines.
- Provide all-source analytic support on a range of topics to support the IC customer and partners.
- Develop, coordinate, edit, and publish products that may include key judgement, intelligence products, talking points, and presentations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have Top Secret/SCI with ability to obtain Polygraph.
- Must be a US Citizen to qualify.
- Bachelor's degree with 12 - 15 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 10 - 13 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to provide concise, articulate, polished writing of analytic documents, summaries, issue papers, talking points, and briefings including the use of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organization's roles and capabilities regarding analysis, collection, or core enabling functions.
- Knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs.
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a fast-paced collaborative environment and ability to proactively multi-task and meet short deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex data to nontechnical customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the IC and its components, as well as its missions, disciplines, capabilities, and interrelationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders from inside and outside the USG, and to coordinate, network, and communicate across the IC.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
