The Leidos National Security Sector is thrilled to announce the win of a large contract providing technical, engineering and system administration services in support of an exciting and interesting customer mission. We are seeking an experienced Senior Information Systems Security Officer to work at our customer site in Columbia, MD.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support information assurance programs, enforce security policies, and maintain operational security.
  • Manage security aspects, perform day-to-day security operations, and evaluate solutions for classified information.
  • Conduct vulnerability/risk assessment and configuration management.
  • Prepare and review System Security Plans, Risk Assessment Reports, and Certification and Accreditation packages.
  • Assist in security authorization activities, manage system requirements, and coordinate resolution of action items.
  • Develop system requirements and generate alternative system concepts and designs.
  • Establish verification criteria and manage the system baseline.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis in areas like reliability and maintainability.
  • Coordinate system integration activities among multiple teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical field and 20 or more years related experience. An additional 5 years of experience will be considered on a case by case basis in lieu of bachelors degree.
  • Experience with Information Security, Linux, Windows, RF and collection systems, system administration, networking, FORNSAT, and Tactical SIGINT.
  • Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
