Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in testing processes, quality control practices, and collaborative efforts to ensure product and process excellence. The QA Intern will work closely with the QA team to learn and contribute to the improvement of testing procedures, documentation, and overall quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Participate in functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Document and report software bugs or issues in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Development, Product Management) to identify quality improvements.
- Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Learn and use QA tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Support the QA team in automating repetitive test processes.
- Conduct post-release/implementation testing and verify bug fixes
Basic Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to document issues clearly.
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- US citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with QA tools like Selenium, JIRA, or TestRail.
- Experience or coursework in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Previous experience with manual or automated testing is a plus.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
