Leidos is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, geographically dispersed program of Intelligence Analysts supporting the Intelligence Community and Federal Law Enforcement customers. The candidate will be the primary interface with the government customer and with internal and external organizations and management. You will establish priorities and plans across the contract and work with the government to define and execute all reports and deliverables. You will also ensure that all critical areas of the contract meet the customer's 24x7x365 requirements.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience & Education Requirements: 12 years' experience of on or leading Intelligence Analysis programs.
• Demonstrated success in staffing programs with properly trained and qualified personnel.
• Demonstrated experience in managing programs/projects to meet the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the contract.
• Demonstrated experience in communicating (written and verbal) with government customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing routine computer applications, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer) and Internet Browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Bing).
• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to inform and communicate effectively with staff who have various backgrounds and personality types.

DESIRED SKILLS:
• Demonstrated skills in oral presentations and communication of instructions concerning mathematical analysis, and in writing reports or documents that convey the findings/results of mathematical analysis to non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience staffing a program requiring operational coverage 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
