Your Role:
- Be the Expert: Advise on Offensive Cyber Operations such as Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, Network Exploitation, and Critical Infrastructure Disruption.
- Drive Innovation: Guide integration and synchronization of Offensive CO with military actions across air, land, maritime, and space domains in support of the DOD and CJCS Global Integration Process.
- Shape Strategy: Provide insight into joint targeting, coordination, and deconfliction, enabling effective employment of fires in and through cyberspace.
- Master Doctrine: Offer expertise on Cyber Doctrine and Policies, including authorities, roles, and responsibilities for CO.
- Lead Connections: Serve as the primary interface between JS J6 JFID and USCYBERCOM along with its Service components.
- Empower Action Plans: Contribute to the development of Cyber Fires-related topics within Joint Fires Action Plans.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven Expertise: Minimum 10 years of experience, including 5 years in Cyber Operations.
- Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET-SCI.
- Education: BA or BS degree (or equivalent operational experience may be considered in lieu of a degree ).
- Relevant Background: Previous service at USCYBERCOM or a Service Component as a Cyber Warfare Officer, Cyber Operations Specialist, or equivalent.
- Versatility: Strong understanding of cyber strategies to disrupt, degrade, and defeat adversarial capabilities across the full spectrum of military operations.
- Advanced Training: Graduate of a Joint or Service Cyber Operations or Cyber Warfare Course.
- Communication Skills: Highly developed abilities to create information papers, reports, and briefing materials, with a track record of working autonomously and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS degree in a STEM field.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
