Join our dynamic team as a Customer Technology Advisor - Resiliency Services, and play a critical role in helping enterprises strengthen their IT resilience against cyber threats, disruptions, and failures. As part of our cutting-edge Go-To-Market team, you will be a key driver in shaping resilient hosting solutions, cyber recovery strategies, and incident response frameworks for our valued customers.

Your Role & Impact
As a trusted advisor, you will:
- Engage in consulting, pre-sales, and solution architecture activities focused on resiliency services, including secure hosting, cyber recovery, disaster recovery (DR), and incident response & escalation (IRE).
- Lead customer assessments and maturity evaluations to identify gaps in resiliency, backup & recovery, business continuity planning (BCP), and failover strategies.
- Collaborate with Kyndryl Consult Partners and technical teams to develop tailored solutions that align with industry best practices and compliance standards such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, and regulatory-specific resilience mandates.
- Architect and design cyber recovery solutions, leveraging air-gapped backups, immutable storage, and advanced recovery orchestration to protect organizations from ransomware and other cyber threats.
- Provide technical leadership in incident response planning, including tabletop exercises, crisis management strategies, and forensic readiness.
- Lead workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution demos to articulate the value of Kyndryl's resiliency and security services.
- Drive cross-practice collaborations, integrating cloud resiliency, application continuity, and hybrid IT recovery models into broader customer transformation initiatives.
- Engage with technology alliance partners to co-develop and integrate best-of-breed disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), cyber vaulting, and automated failover solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for cyber resilience, secure hosting strategies, and post-breach recovery methodologies.
What Sets You Apart
- Deep expertise in IT resilience, hosting, backup & recovery, and cyber incident response.
- Strong technical knowledge of DR solutions, cyber recovery architectures, and high-availability environments (e.g., multi-cloud, hybrid IT, mainframe, and containerized workloads).
- Experience working with backup & recovery technologies such as IBM Spectrum Protect, Dell EMC Cyber Recovery, Rubrik, Veeam, Veritas, and cloud-native backup solutions.
- Understanding of secure hosting principles, including segmentation, high-availability clusters, and operational continuity planning.
- Proven ability to consult, architect, and sell resiliency services, aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, making technical topics compelling to both C-level and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience
• Deep domain knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice
• Demonstrated experience translating distinctive technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions
• Prior consultative selling experience
• Externally recognized as an expert in the technology and/or solutioning areas, including technical certifications supporting subdomain focus area(s) including: Application Data and AI; Cloud; Core Enterprise and zCloud; Digital Workplace; Network and Edge; Security and Resiliency
Preferred Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• 5 years of experience (minimum) selling technical services for multi-industry customers
