Reporting to the Leidos NSOC Lead, the Top Secret cleared NSOC Vulnerability Reporting Specialist is responsible for the collection from multiple performers, consolidation, and reporting of ACAS (Tenable.sc or Nessus) vulnerability reports across an enterprise network.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the designers, developers, deployers, and operators of the enterprise network to ensure vulnerability scans are occurring.
  • Develop a RACI matrix that outlines which organizations are responsible for performing scans for each part of the network, and which organizations are configuring each part of the network in accordance with DISA STIGs. This includes full-knowledge, open-security assessment of sites, enclaves, and systems.
  • Aggregate all system scans and import scans into eMASS monthly or as required by the AO or PMO.
  • Work in coordination with the Information Assurance officer to track routine cybersecurity change requirements, implementation, and verification.
  • Lead NSOC staff to achieve a high degree of customer satisfaction by achieving and maintaining high STIG and configuration compliance as demonstrated on cybersecurity dashboard vulnerability measurements.
  • Develop artifacts supporting Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors's degree with 4 - 8 years of related experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in ACAS, or Tenable.sc (SecurityCenter), or Tenable Nessus products and reporting.
  • Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
  • Familiarity of ACAS or Tenable.sc/Nessus best practices.
  • At least one current DoD 8140 certification.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical field.
  • Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Red Hat).
  • Experience working with cloud computing and infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, etc.) to IL6.
  • Experience as a member of agile programs.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
