The Leidos Manufacturing Center of Excellence is seeking a talented Manufacturing Business Systems Analyst to join a diverse team to create solutions for enterprise manufacturing systems. This position reports to the VP Manufacturing Center of Excellence. Leidos is an innovation company rapidly addressing the world's most vexing challenges in national security and heath.

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the implementation and ongoing business support of enterprise applications including PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and other enterprise applications for process and procedure development, conversion, and migration support.

  • Supports the creation of the Leidos Way for manufacturing, an initiative to harmonize systems, process creation and documentation, support tool development business processes, support integration activities, create and lead training activities for PLM, MES, and other enterprise manufacturing applications to support standardization within the enterprise to achieve work class performance.
  • Supports the coordination of migrating PLM, MES, and other enterprise systems and business processes to additional manufacturing sites within the enterprise.
  • Supports enterprise manufacturing system upgrades, enhancements, and new systems products and technology to launch across the enterprise.
  • Supports hypercare process on functional process topics related to enterprise systems and associated user population.
  • Supports functional user support help tickets for resolution and incorporate lessons learned across the enterprise through Prism MFG CoE communications, additional training offerings, or updated training materials.
  • Support the Senior Business Systems Architects on site implementation engagements, development of transition plans for processes and data, and support OCM (Organization Change Management) activities including communication and delivery.
  • Supports manufacturing processes, capabilities, and system usage to compare to enterprise systems within site assessment evaluations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Engineering, or related field of study with at least 8 years of manufacturing experience in a related technical field or a Masters with at least 6 years of prior manufacturing experience.
  • Direct experience successfully working in an environment with customized moderate manufacturing on commercial, defense, or aerospace programs is needed to meet expectations of this role.
  • Sound manufacturing background will enable candidate to successfully provide manufacturing input with site design teams, working multi-system tools, and provide guidance for applicable solutions.
  • Experience with advanced manufacturing systems including MES Solumina, ERP Costpoint, and PLM Windchill
  • US Citizenship and Secret security clearance required

  • Superior leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a collaborative manner as an integrated member of the overall manufacturing systems team
  • Previous experience implementing MES Solumina and PLM Windchill

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
