Leidos is seeking experienced intelligence professionals for our client's operational requirements on a mission focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in McLean, VA. The successful candidate in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Intelligence Analyst to support a client's requirements in a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting in the development and production of strategic planning documents in support of US counterintelligence interests and programs. The Analyst will also be responsible for conducting periodic performance evaluations to determine community in relevant mission areas. The Analyst will help develop and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders in order to coordinate strategy development activities and evolving requirements and promote the implementation of strategic objectives. The Analyst will support strategic analyses to inform national policy on counterintelligence issues and encourage collaboration within the intelligence community. The Analyst will assist in developing integrated campaigns to improve IC posture against foreign intelligence threats and identify key intelligence gaps, implement initiatives to address shortfalls, and objectively evaluate community progress in closing gaps. The Analyst will perform in-depth all-source research and analysis and prepare written assessments for policy, intelligence, and homeland security communities.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required.
- Expertise in one of the following areas: Intelligence, Counterintelligence, Strategic Planning, Strategic Evaluations.
- Experience in the development, writing, and implementation of national-level strategies and implementation plans.
- Experience conducting performance evaluations that measure progress made towards implementation of strategic objectives.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders on strategic priorities, intelligence needs, and gaps.
- Strong attention to detail and previous writing experience supporting an IC customer.
- Experience developing qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure performance.
- Experience developing strategic finished intelligence (FINTEL), talking points, slide decks, and assessments.
- Experiencing working across multiple IC agencies and serve as an interface between agencies.
- Experience manipulating various classified and open-source databases to conduct research in support of strategic priorities.
- Ability to research, analyze, and fuse complex data sets.
- Experience coordinating with multiple IC partners.
- Experience briefing senior leadership.
- BA degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $108,550.00 - $196,225.00
