The Leidos Security Enterprise Solutions currently has an opening for a Director, Global Services Deployment. This role reports to the Reports to VP of Global Services.

Leidos designs, manufactures, and maintains an extensive product line of non-intrusive inspection (NII) equipment, radiation detection equipment (RDE), and explosives detection systems (EDS). This position will be accountable for the highest levels of service to U.S. federal, state, and local governments and international customers and markets. This critical role manages the delivery of services to customers, distributors, and resellers, overseeing a global network of customers with mission critical systems deployed worldwide for three distinct divisions.

The successful candidate will be a proven leader and key member of the SD&A Operation reporting directly to the Sr. Director Global Technical Operations. Primary responsibilities include ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction though world-class service, management of the Product deployment including commissioning, decommissioning and relocation of product, best practices for the efficient delivery of services to meet programmatic, technical, and schedule requirements, and ownership of a the product deployment service strategy. This position will plan, organize, and manage resources, to bring about successful completion of operational goals and management of KPIs by interfacing with task and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel, to ensure that all projects run within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Primary Responsibilities;

  • Responsible for coordination and planning of all product deployment (including commissioning, decommissioning and relocations)
  • Manages Project Managers & Installation Techs
  • Cross functionally works with Sales, Product Management, and Program Management to ensure flawless deployment execution
  • Manages field testing and qualifications
  • Works with local stakeholders to ensure Leidos is represented properly in project planning and execution
  • Drives revenue opportunities related to projects supporting the Global Services P&L
  • Effectively budgets project management to enhance Leidos' competitive position
  • Ensures project are within budget and delivered on time or ahead of schedule.
  • Ensures EH&S standards are in place on all projects
  • Coordinates a smooth transition to field service after commissioning
  • Maintain master project schedule and resource allocation using MS project or similar project tracking application

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in managing large scale systems and systems integration projects
  • Must possess expertise in MS Project or equivalent project planning application
  • Must possess a strong business financial understanding
  • Able to secure a public trust security clearance
  • Must be a US citizen
  • Able to travel up to 33%

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
