We are in search of a motivated, high energy and experienced Contract Closeout Administrator to join our virtual Controller Shared Service (CSS) team. A successful candidate will support the Contract Closeout team in fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team and providing top level customer service. The Controller Shared Service mission is to provide a smarter frontline experience that embodies the core values of Leidos.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative support to the CSS Contract Closeout team as well as perform direct support tasks in the contract closeout department.
  • Prepare cover letters, documentation and transmit to a central repository
  • Submit packages to customers within specified timeframes
  • Enter invoices and other supporting documentation into various billing systems (i.e. WAWF);
  • Interact with both stakeholders to fulfill requests for information and documentation
  • Maintain spreadsheets/logs with department data
  • Perform other duties at the discretion of the Sr. Manager and work overtime, as required

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED coupled with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite tools, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail

Salary Range: Depending on experience, qualifications and geographical location, the actual pay for this position is closer to the middle of the posted pay range.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
