Description

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Analyst to provide analysis and solutions for multiple upcoming program pursuits and activities. The candidate is responsible for assisting with business development strategies, capture activities and reviews, and execution support to new programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist Sector and Division Business Development personnel in understanding the technical aspects of various upcoming projects
  • Develops and proposes solutions to various technical challenges and helps determine the value management of various existing solutions
  • Assist with capture activities and review gates for assigned programs
  • Leads diverse teams of solutioning, capture and business development personnel in building out solutions for highly complex problems using significant application of technical knowledge, conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation
  • Assist with the development of personnel staffing plans, cost estimates and functional requirements for various programs
  • Develops solutions that are highly innovative, and achieved through research and integration of best practices and coordinates with pursuit teams
  • Requires ability to communicate with senior customer leadership regarding initiatives and solutions for various projects
  • Able to persuade others to accept updated practices/concepts and reach consensus on approaches/strategies
  • Must understand the principles of project management and implementation and development of project documentation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors with 15-20+ years relevant experience or a Masters with 12-15+ years of relevant experience, additional years of applicable experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
  • Must have current Secret with ability to gain TS/SCI clearance
  • Expertise with two or more of the following: system administration, software development, networking, cyber security, systems engineering, or project management
  • Attend Tradeshows, conferences, customer engagements, and any other meetings in support of assigned pursuits and develop or assist in developing various products assigned by BD and Capture leads
  • General understanding of program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications or cyber associated field
  • PMP Certification
  • Excellent project, technical, interpersonal, presentation and problem management skills
  • Ability to communicate orally, and in writing, detailed technical information on troubleshooting and implementation efforts

Familiarization of DOD regulations and directives
