Leidos is seeking CDRL Manager for a position as part of a team supporting AFLCMC/HNCD Cyber Sustainment program in San Antonio, TX. The CDRL Manager is responsible for supporting and assisting in documentation production using various software as well as managing the identification, control, production, distribution, archiving, scanning, storage, and retrieval of all deliverable data.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide project support in creating/reviewing contents of Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists, ensuring timely completion and delivery
  • Assisting senior staff with developing briefings, uploading materials and slides for meetings
  • Working with program management staff to oversee deliverables and actions as needed.
  • Perform a wide range of administrative and office coordination tasks with to include assisting employees/non employees with travel arrangements, completing expense reports, facility requests, submitting visitor requests, and purchase requests
  • Support management with new hire tasking to include onboarding requirements such office assignments, workstation orders, account requests, CAC, badge, and token requests
  • Support employees and management by utilizing management information systems/business information systems

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience developing briefings for senior and executive management
  • Proficient with document editing, desktop publishing, and document production
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Excel) with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet applications required.
  • Proficient in Adobe PDF editing software or equivalent
  • Good organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects simultaneously with timely completion of projects, must be ready and willing to adapt to prioritizing current tasks, new tasks, and challenges as needed
  • Must possess an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
  • US Citizen

Preferred Qualifications

  • Top Secret Clearance
  • Expertise working in government, DOD, DOE, or military environment.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $78,000.00 - $141,000.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
