The NISC IV group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Program Analyst to work in our Oklahoma City, OK office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the FAA Academy student services group support all aspects of the student experience while attending Air Traffic Control curriculum.

Primary Responsibilities:

The successful candidate must provide Program Analyst expertise to the Air Traffic Division. They must maintain support of the Academy Student Services area. Support must include all aspects of reporting, analyses, documentation, and communication for the Support Division (AMA-20) at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC). Specifically, they must:

  • Provide support for clearance process for student resignations and terminations.
  • Provide support in responding to communication from various representatives who may include military service, other Government agencies, and FAA employees both local and from the regions as they are related to the FAA Academy resident training.
  • Provide support to deliver timely notification messages to students and instructors, as deemed necessary.
  • Provide support in preparing correspondence in accordance with FAA Correspondence Procedures
  • Provide support for assuring materials are recorded and placed in the established documentation repository system.
  • Provide support to tabulate data, perform analysis, and prepare reports.
  • Provide support in using a wide range of computer software/systems for word processing, spreadsheets, webpages, and databases in support of the Student Services Office to include Excel, eLMS, Word, Access, KSN, Academy Student Information System (ASIS), FAA Information Superhighway for Training (FIST), and other software or systems.
  • Provide support to assist students with using a wide range of computer software/systems for them to receive messages, correspond using e-mail, and conduct other student business to include eLMS, Entrance on Duty System (EODS), CASTLE, Employee Express, and Facility Guides.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of supporting a business process work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous FAA Academy experience.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $33,150.00 - $59,925.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
