The National Security Sector's Decision Advantage Solutions Business Area at Leidos Inc. is seeking an Associate Industrial Security Representative (AISR)/Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to work in our Orlando, FL facility. The National Security Sector combines technology-enabled services and mission software capabilities for defense and intel customers in the areas of cyber, logistics, security operations, and decision analytics. As one of the five Business Areas in the National Security Sector, Decision Advantage Solutions accelerates the production, integration, and analysis of multi-domain mission data to deliver a decisive edge for customers engaged in intelligence operations and combat support.

Primary Responsibilities
• The AISR/AFSO is responsible for implementing the industrial security program and ensuring company and customer security requirements are met. will assist with maintaining an operational Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), support classified meetings; perform security incident inquiries and periodic self-inspections.
• The AISR/AFSO will interface with executive Leidos leadership as well as other levels of employees and government management personnel and must possess the ability to perform complex security tasks while delivering measurable results.
• The AISR/AFSO will support, implement and provide guidance to customers and management on security matters pertaining to classified inventory and document control, personnel clearances and access nominations, classification control, visitor/access control and DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD Forms 254).
• The AISR/AFSO will analyze, investigate and prepare reports and/or recommendations for preventative or corrective actions in accordance with legal, contractual, and internal policies.
• The AISR/AFSO will implement security training, ensuring compliance with NISPOM and customer requirements.
• The AISR/AFSO will review, assess, and implement necessary revisions to the SCIF Standards, Practices and Procedures (SPP) and associated internal procedures for the assigned SCIF or other classified facilities according to guidance from the Cognizant Security Authority (CSA) and applicable federal regulations such as IC Tech Spec-for ICD/ICS 705, other applicable ICDs or the NISPOM.
• The AISR/AFSO is responsible for supporting the Facility Security Officer (FSO) on all aspects of onsite security management of the facility to include direct support to programs and staff for physical security, access control, alarm maintenance and response, subcontractor oversight, and document control/maintenance of classified equipment inventories.
• The AISR/AFSO will process, update and maintain customer required security documentation for employees and subcontractors.
• The AISR/AFSO will administer day-to-day security interaction with employees and subcontractors working within the facility, as well as the security guard force. Ensure access control and visitor control procedures are communicated, understood and followed.
• The AISR/AFSO will aid the FSO in day-to-day management of the Cleared Facility to maintain compliance with the National Industrial Security Program.
• Maintain government facility sponsors which may include drafting co-use and joint-use agreements and MOUs/MOAs for shared space.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and less than 2 years relative experience. Additional years' experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives, National Background Investigation Services e-Application.
• Possess knowledge of Access Control Systems and Intrusion Detection Systems
• Ability to interpret company and government security policies and apply them to program operations
• Processing inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records
• Experience conducted security related training, (SETA, Facility, Visitor), as appropriate
• Candidates must possess an at least active Secret clearance and be able to have eligibility upgraded in minimal time
• Experience with Technology Control Plans (TCP), ITAR policies and procedures
• Must have a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.
Preferred Qualifications
• Accreditation/certifications as a Facility Security Officer or Communication Security (COMSEC)
• Experience drafting subcontractor DD254s
• Experience developing and implementing security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency action plans
• Professional Industrial Security Affiliations
• Strong Customer Service Experience Background

Pay Range:
Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00
