The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of advanced administrative duties for the commercial team, including clerical and customer service functions.
Job Duties
- Handles and assists with specific customer needs, including retention activities, onboarding, new account set up and new customer monitoring projects as assigned by sales leadership.
- Research sales reported customer concerns.
- Creates and manages processes and procedures as assigned by sales leadership. Maintains archives of specific sales processes, knowledge base, and FAQs as requested.
- Assist with the design of reporting to sales team, utilizing internal systems, MS Access and MS Excel to run queries, extract data, and create customer facing reports as required.
- Work with end users to perform quality checks and consolidate data from various sources to support sales leadership and representatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, business management, statistics, mathematics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service /data analytics
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, and MS Access is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving
- Outstanding detail-oriented organizational skills
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred.
