Laboratory Corporation of America (Labcorp) is seeking to hire an International Specialty Customer Support Executive (ISCSE) to support selected accounts for account retention and focus on driving new sales through increased usage from existing accounts and lead generation with new opportunities for our continued growth across our Genetics, IVF, Donor and Women's Health segment.

This is a unique opportunity to join the International Genetics and Women's Health sales team of a leading global life sciences company that advances patient health and empowers clear, confident decisions through its diagnostics and drug development offerings.

As an ISCSE, you will report to the International Regional Director. This position will provide all sales related support, reporting and procedures as well as on-boarding assistance to the International WHG accounts. This will represent approximately 75% of job responsibilities for the ISCSE. In addition, the ISCSE will be responsible for generating leads for increased sales opportunities within these existing accounts and selected new accounts. This will represent approximately 25% of the ISCSE job responsibilities. As an ISCSE you will work in conjunction with your International SDE to maintain and grow the selected accounts through their engagement with the client.

We are seeking an individual with strong communication skills, highly organized and has the ability to manage and multi-task multiple accounts.

This position will be supporting international geographic regions and will support the International Regional Director and SDE in respective geographic area. This is a remote position with less than 5% travel.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-boarding, maintaining, and cultivating relationships with key accounts/practices to guarantee a top-level customer experience. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Provide support to all assigned accounts which includes but is not limited to completing the international onboarding contract process, running reports, ordering kits, resolving international shipment issues, monitoring TAT, personalizing requisitions, updating Salesforce, EMR and portal requests (75% of job responsibilities)
  • Execute all internal sales operation needed to establish a new client including: FTP process, SPR, LSA or MSA contract process, international payment process review, shipping requisitions, supplies, and kits; portal set-up and portal usage (add users, resend invites, etc.); develop intervention/ remediation plans as needed
  • Portal build and training. EMR vetting and interfacing (upon request of practice)
  • Utilize comprehensive analysis to target selected low volume clients and potential new clients via cold calling for new growth opportunities and generate leads for Director and SDE
  • Work collaboratively with Labcorp WHG and Division sales, Global Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Contracts, Client Services, and operations on an as needed basis to satisfy customer needs and support the growth of new opportunities
  • Upsell current clients and provide training on new product lines ensuring a smooth submission of new product line orders
  • Research, contact and secure 4-8 quality appointments per month in a defined group of target accounts for the IWHG Director and Sr. SDE that this role supports
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in business or life sciences
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Client Services, Account Management or Sales Experience in Diagnostics segment
  • Women's healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Previous laboratory or diagnostics health system experience highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Able to multitask and works well in a high paced environment
  • CRM, Salesforce experience is preferred
  • Foreign language skills preferred

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000/annually + Incentive Compensation

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.

Variable Compensation Sales:

The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
