What You Will Do:
The Educational Program Coordinator will manage and support multiple training, planning, educational programs including our residency training programs. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth operation of how we support educational certifications, training, tracking certifications and residency programs for our academic health system strategic partners. The ideal candidate will be a master of logistics and organization, with excellent communication, computer application, material creation, presentation presenting, and planning skills creating a seamless experience for employees and our residents, faculty, and guest speakers.

Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Maintain the certification and follow guidelines for P.A.C.E. and State of California accreditation for a provider of continuing education.
- Prepare and send reports to P.A.C.E quarterly and California monthly showing participation in CE events.
- Coordinate with speakers to prepare the documentation to qualify as a CE event. To include suggestions to improve materials and content, submit for legal and S&T review, request advertising on ThePoint, and retain all needed documentation for CE records.
- Host Quality University CE and support other CE efforts be Tumor Board, NOQ Fall Meeting, and other CE as developed.
- Review and write instruction for the CE processes and LearningPath setup for evaluation and courses.
- Recruit presenters for new offerings for CE offerings.
- Develop a workshop or other tool to train and inform users of requirement and best practices for preparation of material for the P.A.C.E. accredited workshop or CE.
- Assist with preparing QC reports for email distribution and monthly QC communication for availability of reports.
- Assist with quality management process for document control, nonconforming event, and complaints.
- Post appropriate content to the NOQ Intranet site and review content periodically for current relevance for the posted materials
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of multiple residency programs with Labcorp's academic health system strategic partners
- Maintain and organize program calendars for all residency programs
- Set up and manage WebEx meetings for virtual trainings and presentations
- Send out invitations to residents, faculty, and guest speakers for all program events
- Schedule speakers for residency program sessions and provide timely reminders of their speaking dates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, faculty, and guest speakers regarding program logistics
- Ensure consistency and efficiency across all residency programs through standardized processes
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and improve program processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all residency programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life Sciences, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook for calendar management
- Experience with WebEx or similar video conferencing platforms
- Proficiency in project management
- Experience in SAAB platform helpful or other learning software systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem solving ability, solution finding to problems in a often high-pressure environment.
- Internal customer service
- Good communication and organizational skills a must.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in managing educational programs, event planning, material creation and meeting settings.
- Good Presentation and people skills
- Good Organizational skills
- Experience working in healthcare and/or educational settings
- Familiarity with medical residency programs or graduate medical education
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred but not required. Previous experience in managing projects will be considered.
Work Schedule and Location:
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- This position will involve a combination of on-site work at the Labcorp Burlington, NC site and remote work.
