Job Description:
The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in managing client studies executed within the CLIA laboratory. This role will be responsible for the coordination and management of studies from planning and initiation through to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the main point of contact for all CLIA project-related client relations
- Coordinates the collection and organization of all necessary requirements to initiate awarded and/or scheduled projects
- Works in collaboration with CLIA leadership to ensure appropriate resources are available for all projects
- Tracks study timelines and quality metrics
- Drives study objectives by working with team members to set project priorities and milestones, and resolve project conflicts
- Helps in organizing regularly scheduled cross-functional study team meetings with internal and external resources
- Participates in meetings with investigative sites, key opinion leaders and consultants as needed
- Supports the analysis, summary, and reporting data through the course of the project
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues, and participates in process improvement initiatives as required
- Responds promptly and appropriately to questions and issues raised by investigative sites, vendors, monitors, and consultants and formally tracks resolution thereof
- Supports Clinical Trial management
- Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 2+ years clinical research experience in an industry setting
- A Bachelor's degree in any science or health related field required; (Master's preferred)
- Excellent organizational, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other project planning tools
- Capable to managing multiple projects concurrently
Pay Range: $80k-$84k
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
