Labcorp is seeking a Project Specialist / Executive Administrative Assistant who will work directly with the Senior Vice President & GM, Integrated Genetics. This position will serve in two distinct capacities with a focus on the organization of special projects and coordination of specialty initiatives. These initiatives and special projects will vary in duration and complexity and will involve and require experience with project management and effective communication.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project management with varying complexity, duration and occurrence.
- Create and format presentations in support of client facing documents and internal correspondence (MS office - PowerPoint, Word).
- Conduct ad hoc analysis and modeling using MS Excel (including formulas/pivot tables)
- Provide administrative and project support for priorities.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule meetings, track responsibilities and assignments, compile proposal materials, and other key organizational tasks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of applicable work experience required (Administrative support / Project Management)
- Advanced level of competency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
- Experience in a healthcare or laboratory diagnostics industry highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
- Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
- Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

- Process-oriented with the ability to see the 'how' as well as the 'what' can drive processes to achieve positive results
