Accounts Receivable Specialist
The primary function is the data entry of all categories in RAR. Following all SOPs according to assignments & updating excel logs. Inventory counting and splitting in the RAR database. Responsible for accurate information documentation and personal time management. Technical skills include documentation skills and time management. Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields. Maintain log of activities and completed work. Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage ones time. Ability to accurately document and record information. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Skill Requirements:
Basic to advance computer knowledge. Basic to intermediate knowledge on using Microsoft Office Suite. Data Entry Skills. Read and understand correspondence and interpret into data entry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet quality and productivity standards
- Able to communicate to management issues
- Publishing complete and accurate reporting to Management daily/weekly/monthly
- Composing of emails
- Researching information in LCBS to translate into the RAR database
- Following established procedures (SOPs)
- Inventory Reporting to Supervisor and Team Lead
- Splitting of inventory into RAR
- RAR template upload
- Naming convention into RAR
- Data entry of all categories in RAR
- Alert the department management of any unusual trends/issues encountered and communicate information accordingly.
- Interact well with internal and external customers, recognizing that all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism.
- Adaptable with a changing environment such as changes in duties, priorities and procedures.
Required Job Skills:
- Proficient in data entry alpha/numeric typing required.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills required.
License/Certification/Education: Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent w/1-3 years applicable experience
Strongly Preferred Education and Skills
- Previous medical billing experience or Accounts Receivables experience preferred
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Access skills level preferred
REMOTE WORK:
- Must have high level Internet speed (50 mbps) connectivity
- Dedicated work from home space
- Ability to focus on work uninterrupted for long periods of time
- Will require strong attention to detail and structured work environment

Pay Range: $15-16/hr ("or State/Local minimum wage, if higher" )
