Labcorp is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Labcorp's Revenue Cycle Management Division. This Account Receivable Specialist is responsible for supporting Billing operations to ensure collection of account documents are processed within our Service Level Agreements. Efficient in using several different applications to determine the next action and is proficient in simultaneously handling multiple responsibilities.

Job Description:
- Read daily emails
- Help maintain the SLA (Service Level Agreement)
- Respond to any incoming emails
- Complete required training
- Share best practices with the team
- Continually supports the Lean Principles
- Offers suggestions to supervisor/team lead to improve processes
- Be able to differentiate between various types of payments from multiple companies
- Sort and prep checks for deposit
- Sort/ Process credit card payments
- Maintain personal time and PLB in Workday
- Update management on suggestions, feedback, and process improvements.
Required Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience required
- Previous manual sorting and processing of credit card or check payments strongly preferred
Other skills desired:
- Detail-oriented and good organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task
- Adaptive to change
- Ability to meet and maintain production goals
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of lockbox processes
- Basic EOB/Insurance knowledge
- Understanding of basic accounting processes
- Ability to 10-key with efficiency and accuracy
