As a Transition & Transformation Integration Manager you'll be working with our new and existing clients to provide end to end Complex Program Management for the transition and transformation of critical technology systems with accountability for the success and performance of the program.
You will work closely with our clients (Senior, Executive, C-suite), internal Kyndryl teams (Account, Consult Practices, Delivery), and client and Kyndryl Vendors. Within the Kyndryl Consult Integration Management organization, you will be accountable to the Transition and Transformation Executive and Market Portfolio Lead.
Complex Program Management involves managing projects with high levels of uncertainty, ambiguity, and interdependencies, requiring proactive strategies to address complexity and increase program success. As the overall end-to-end Complex Program Manager, you will be required to make difficult decisions and be adaptable and flexible to changing situations driven by any number of environmental factors.
In your role you will specifically be responsible for the following:
- Responsible and accountable for coordination and integration of multiple teams across Kyndryl for end-to-end implementation of the targeted solutions, which typically involves transitioning the client to Kyndryl support.
- Apply strong project management disciplines in program governance, including stakeholder, issue, risk, financial, and change management.
- Build and lead highly motivated teams to ensure program delivery meets all commitments. You will need to be approachable, resilient under pressure, provide ongoing coaching and mentoring, and effectively evaluate alternate points of view and trade-offs to find a solution acceptable to all parties.
- Proactively manage and communicate (i.e. Executive level and C-Suite) the status of the Transition and Transformation program against the integrated master program schedule.
- Manage the teams implementing the Transition and Transformation (T&T) solution and prepare the client for the steady state support team.
- Establish and maintain client relationships with high-level decision makers and become the client's trusted Kyndryl partner for the successful delivery of the T&T program, which is measured by the T&T Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Drive programs that add value to our business and our clients, by executing quality T&T programs to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition (concepts, ideas, recommendations, and technical knowledge) to the program stakeholders, including client and Kyndryl Executives.

The compensation range for this position in the US is $146,000 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $160,680 to $332,760
New York City: $175,000 to $332,760
Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160
Colorado: $146,000 to $277,320
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave and paid time off. Note: if this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and expertise:
- At least 7+ years of experience in leading IT Infrastructure Programs and/or client relationship management within Services Outsourcing
- Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent
- Successful experience as a program manager for at least 3 Complex IT Transitions or Transformations
- Proven program governance knowledge and experience, including Issue, risk, and escalation management
- Excellent C-suite and Executive presentation and communication skills
- Process management and continuous improvement experience
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project tool
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
Preferred experience
- PgMP certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
