As an Engagement Transition & Transformation Integration Manager you will be working on Kyndryl pursuits for our new and existing clients for the transition and transformation of our client's critical technology systems and infrastructure, with accountability for the overall Transition and Transformation (T&T) schedule, cost case, and solution viability.

You will work closely with our clients (technical, subject matter experts, program managers, Executives, etc.), internal Kyndryl teams (Sales, Solutioning, Technical Solution Managers, Markets, Consult Practices, Delivery, etc.), and client Third Party Advisors to develop the T&T solution, cost case, and schedule. You will be co-creating and ensuring accurate, high-quality T&T deliverables (Request for Proposal responses, cost cases, client oral presentations, program schedules, contract language, etc.). Within the Kyndryl Consult Integration Management organization, you will be accountable to the Transition and Transformation Executive and Market Portfolio Lead.

In your role you will specifically be responsible for the following:

  • Independently support Kyndryl existing and new logo client solution requests (i.e. Request for Proposal, Request for Service, Request for Information, etc.).
  • Ensure the proposed T&T solution, cost case, and schedule are viable and successfully attainable.
  • Develop and co-create accurate, high-quality T&T engagement/pursuit deliverables, including Request for Proposal responses, cost cases, client oral presentations, program schedules, solution summary documents, T&T content for contracts, client dependencies, and solution risks and assumptions.
  • Actively participate in solution reviews, cost case optimization, lessons learned, price release, and commercial reviews.
  • Accountable for overall T&T pursuit management, solution status, issue and risk management, escalations, and executive updates.
  • You will need to be visible, approachable, resilient under pressure, effectively evaluate alternate points of view and accountable for T&T governance while having a clear understanding of cross practice solution requirements and cost.
  • Responsible for the hand-off of the final T&T solution to the implementation team, which typically involves transitioning the client to Kyndryl support.
  • Participate in programs and initiatives that add value to our business and our clients.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and expertise:

  • 5+ years' experience in Solutioning and Engagement/Pursuit processes
  • Experience in Transition & Transformation Services
  • Proven Project & Program Management experience, including deliverables management
  • Proven Leadership & Executive Communication Skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent
  • Proven ability to make difficult decisions and be adaptable and flexible
  • Proven program knowledge and experience, including Issue, risk, and escalation management
  • Process management and continuous improvement experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written in English

Preferred Skills

  • Effort Estimation
  • Experience with client infrastructure, data center, and/or application migration strategies
  • Creating content for Contracts or Statement of Work (SOW)
  • New Business Development

Compensation

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $128,400 to $266,040

Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880

New York City: $140,040 to $266,040

Washington: $128,400 to $243,960

Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
