Join our dynamic team and make a significant impact on our sales and consulting operations for our Consult and Practice Group Leader.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with the Consult and Practice Group Leader to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Assist in the creation and execution of sales and consulting strategies, identifying growth opportunities and recommending actionable plans.

2. Operations Management:

• Streamline operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency.

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment across departments to achieve business goals.

3. Project Management:

• Lead and manage key projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.

• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and provide regular updates to the executive leadership team.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Gather, analyze, and present data to support strategic decision-making, providing insights and recommendations.

• Develop and maintain executive-level reports and dashboards, tracking key performance indicators and sales metrics.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Consult and Practice Group Leader, providing guidance and support on critical business matters.

• Foster effective communication and collaboration across the organization, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and promote a positive work environment.

6. Executive Support:

• Provide comprehensive support to the Consult and Practice Group Leader, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.

• Prepare and edit professional presentations, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the executives.

Who You Are

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of sales and consulting operations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and business intelligence software.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent German and Englisch languages skills
