Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure service now modules, applications, forms, workflows, and scripts using service now development tools and techniques.


  • Integrate service now with external systems and applications using REST, SOAP, and other web services.


  • Perform unit testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing of service now solutions.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for service now issues and incidents.


  • Document and maintain service now design specifications, configuration, and code.


  • Stay updated with the latest service now features, releases, and best practices.


  • Work with business analysts, project managers, and end users to gather and analyze requirements and develop them into service now solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field from a recognized university in Singapore.


  • At least 3 years of experience in service now development and administration in Singapore.


  • Service now certification (such as CSA, CAD, CIS, or CIS-ITSM) is preferred.


  • Experience in healthcare industry in Singapore is preferred.


  • Strong knowledge of service now platform, modules, applications, and functionality.


  • Proficient in service now scripting languages (such as JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML).


  • Experience in service now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services.


  • Experience in service now reporting and analytics using performance analytics, dashboards, and reports.


  • Experience in service now custom application development using service portal, service catalog, and scoped applications.


  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.


  • Good communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
