We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer to be part of our team.
In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing the applications within our ServiceNow enterprise instances. You will be solving complex issues, testing new capabilities, and ensuring system compliance through regular upgrades and updates.
This position offers hybrid setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Lithuania, whether it's your home or our dynamic offices in Vilnius and Kaunas.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the support queue, guaranteeing prompt incident responses
- Evaluate new upgrades and features within the ServiceNow platform
- Ensure the maintenance, availability, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform
- Work with cross-functional teams to determine, prioritize and address operational issues
- Address and secure any system vulnerabilities
- Frequently update plugins, patches, and systems for enhancement
- Partner with a global community of engineers
- Develop and execute comprehensive documentation for users and admins, outlining the best practices, standards, and guidelines for configuration, customizations, and maintenance on ServiceNow

- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow operations or a similar role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including the configuration and maintenance of modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, etc
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting ServiceNow workflows, business rules, SLAs, and notifications
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with external systems and tools using APIs, web services, and middleware
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with the ability to balance multiple assignments simultaneously
- Familiarity with development languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS and AngularJS, PowerShell, and Shell Commands
- English B2 and above
