The Role
The role will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for Director-level positions across the organization. This includes identifying, engaging, and recruiting both internal and external candidates to support the company's growth and talent strategies. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, and senior leadership to develop a comprehensive hiring plan, align on job requirements, and create a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. Additionally, this role will ensure all recruitment processes are executed efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future Director-level hiring needs.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for each Director-level role, leveraging industry networks, job boards, and professional organizations.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles, including passive candidates and internal talent pools.
- Candidate Sourcing & Outreach
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including networking events, industry groups, and social media, to identify potential candidates.
- Actively promote and represent Kyndryl's brand and values to attract top talent.
- Engage and screen candidates to evaluate fit for the position, culture, and leadership potential.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and Leaders to define role requirements and alignment with business goals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
- Facilitate ongoing communication with hiring teams to provide updates, feedback, and candidate evaluations throughout the hiring process.
Interview & Assessment Process:
- Organize and manage interview logistics, including preparing candidate materials and coordinating feedback sessions with interview panels.
- Develop and manage candidate assessments, including technical and behavioral evaluations where appropriate.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and provide insights on candidates' alignment with both job-specific competencies and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience & Communication:
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through clear, consistent, and timely communication.
- Guide candidates through the interview and selection process, including internal candidates applying for Director-level roles.
- Oversee post-interview debriefs and provide feedback to candidates in a respectful and constructive manner.
Data & Process Optimization:
- Ensure that our Workday System of Record is accurate and updated to enable good quality reporting and Management Information.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring processes for Director-level roles.
- Analyze recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate experiences.
- Continuously improve internal hiring processes and leverage tools to streamline recruiting operations.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $128,400 to $266,040
Colorado: $116,760 to $221,880
New York City: $140,040 to $266,040
Washington: $128,400 to $243,960
Washington DC: $128,400 to $243,960
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.

Required Skills, Experience and Circumstances:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on Director or senior-level hiring.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across levels and functions.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information and act with discretion
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, as well as MS Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act operationally.
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday.
- Experience in a global organization, managing cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience recruiting for professional services organization.
