We’re looking for a Senior Business Recruiter to join the People Team!
What you’ll do:
Work alongside a small but gritty team that competes to find humble, collaborative, razor-sharp industry leaders in business and corporate departments to join our team
Collaborate with internal and external teams to creatively source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent.
Provide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for the business
Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
Protect and improve Snap Inc.’s candidate experience
Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
Influence senior leaders and act as a strategic talent thought partner
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Able to prioritize duties and work well on your own
Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
Background working with both internal and external partners
Strong CS fundamentals
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of relevant experience to recruiting
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of: hiring timeline, recruiter bandwidth, or offer acceptance rate
2+ years of experience hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging, selling, and recruiting the very best
Experience working at a tech company and/or start up strongly preferred
Customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers
A sourcing maven, who is able to find untapped talent outside traditional means and engage top talent with your personalized approach
