The Role
Provides detailed direction on key technical and marketing tasks to launch an offering feature, offering, or collection of offerings in the portfolio. Works collaboratively with development leaders, offering architects, designers, and key customers to appropriately package features into offering releases and ensure offering designs reflect business objectives (e.g., by creating quarterly roadmaps, monthly release plans). Understand high level technical building blocks, business cases, expenses, and pricing models for solutions in the portfolio, defines the pricing structures, and business cases for new investments, provides direction and content to Offering Marketing for sales and marketing collateral creation. Defines the value proposition, differentiators, and global competitive strategy for offerings. Defines the target revenue, sales, and profit margins of offerings and manages the organization to these goals. Drives customer validation through beta programs, confirming requirements are addressed by the delivered solution. Demonstrates offering capabilities and value proposition to external stakeholders (customers, partners, and analysts), analyzing feedback to identify potential gaps or opportunities and make recommendations on how to address them. Negotiates offering contracts with development teams, drives cross-functional collaborative efforts to meet offering schedule commitments, and actively manages the plan of delivery including associated risks. Works with development and marketing to deliver digital assets in support of always-on marketing and digital engagement, such as interactive demos, trials/evaluations, and user forums/communities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global PPM strategy, supporting the PPM and Consult Market leader
- Develop innovative PPM offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Empower global PPM consulting team through training, mentorship, and coaching.
- Support global business development and sales pursuits.
- Provide oversight of client delivery quality as required.
- Oversee PPM pipeline governance.
- Mentor junior resources to develop their PPM skills and knowledge.
- Build and maintain strategic global partnerships.
- Oversee PPM budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with PPM projects.
- Drive innovation in PPM methodologies and tools.
- Publish articles, speak at conferences, and participate in industry forums to establish thought leadership.

Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Certified Program/Project Management background in a consulting firm referencing leadership of a PMO/PM team.
- 10+ years of experience in leadership roles, ideally in a global organization.
- Extensive consulting experience with a technology transformation focus (strategic and delivery)
- Proven leadership experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of PPM principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client focus and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
- Understanding of global business dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Passion for innovation and a track record of driving change.
- Strong presentation skills.
Optional Qualifications:
- Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes.
- Experience in risk management.
- Process design expertise
- Experience with digital communication and training tools
- Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.)
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $167,760 to $318,840 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $184,560 to $382,680
Colorado: $167,760 to $318,840
New York City: $201,360 to $382,680
Washington: $184,560 to $350,760
Washington DC: $184,560 to $350,760
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
