Are you ready to take on an exhilarating role as a Consult Enablement Leader at Kyndryl?
The Consult Enablement Leader is a senior role responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive learning strategy that aligns with the strategic goals Consult. Reporting to the Transformation Lead, the role involves collaborating across the organization, particularly with senior leaders to implement transformation programs such as career and learning frameworks and leadership development initiatives at various career levels. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 15 years of experience in consulting, with a strong focus on technology consulting, and possess a proven track record of executing large enablement initiatives across global teams. They should have significant expertise in designing and delivering leadership programs, coupled with the ability to manage large-scale organizational transformations. As the role evolves, the candidate may also have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team to scale enablement efforts further.

- Learning Strategy Development: Craft and execute a forward-thinking enablement strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Leadership Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to identify key development priorities and ensure alignment with the firm's strategic direction.
- Learning Framework Rollout: Lead the successful implementation and adoption of Consult's career and learning framework.
- Program Design and Delivery: Create and oversee scalable development programs for consultants at junior, mid, and senior levels, addressing skill gaps and growth areas.
- Transformation Program Execution: Execute organizational transformation initiatives defined by executive leadership, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the Learning & Development team and other internal functions to drive consistent enablement outcomes across the organization.
- Change Management: Serve as a change agent, promoting the cultural and operational shifts necessary for the adoption of new frameworks and programs.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop mechanisms to capture and share knowledge across teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and measure the impact of enablement initiatives using key performance indicators and feedback, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
