Who You Are

We are seeking a Low-Code/No-Code Developer to join Kyndryl's consulting team. In this role, you will help clients leverage low/no-code platforms to build applications, offering expertise in platform selection, design, development, and implementation, while also advising on best practices and strategies for leveraging these technologies and design scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and digital transformation efforts.

This position is ideal for a problem-solver with a strong understanding of business processes and a passion for leveraging low-code/no-code platforms (such as Power Platform, Mendix, Workato, or Appian) to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design, build, and deploy applications using low-code/no-code platforms to meet client requirements.
• Process Automation: Streamline and automate business processes by integrating workflows, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Customer Facing Collaboration: Work with clients to gather requirements, translate them into functional designs, and iterate solutions based on feedback.
• Customization & Integration: Extend platform capabilities through scripting, API integrations, and third-party connectors.
• Governance & Best Practices: Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of solutions while following low-code/no-code development best practices.
• Training & Enablement: Support client teams in adopting low-code solutions through training and documentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on platform advancements and emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in low-code/no-code development, automation, or business process optimization.
• Proficiency in low-code platforms such as Microsoft Power Apps, Mendix, Workato, Appian, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, UiPath).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and integrations (SQL, REST, SOAP, JSON).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles to create user-friendly applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills to collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting experience, particularly in digital transformation or business automation projects.
• Certifications in relevant low-code platforms
• Exposure to scripting or basic programming (JavaScript, Python, or PowerFX) for extending low-code capabilities.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $85,920 to $163,320 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California:$94,440 to $195,840

Colorado: $85,920 to $163,320

New York City: $103,080 to $195,840

Washington: $94,440 to $179,400

Washington DC:$94,440 to $179,400

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
