We are looking for a skilled Lead Mainframe zSecurity Systems Administrator with ideally 5 years or more of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments, compliance, auditing and health check support, providing requested reports on behalf of the customer
• Renewal and implementation of certificates in mainframe environments.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of mainframe operations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ideally 5 years or more of experience in mainframe security administration.
• Expertise in ACF2 administration, including user management, access control, and security policy implementation.
• Knowledge of mainframe security principles and practices.
• Understanding of mainframe systems (z/OS).
• Security tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
• Proficient in English (must have)

Nice to have:

• Other mainframe security products such as RACF or Top Secret.
• Encryption technologies and data protection methods.
• Regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX.
