The Role

Infrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure - Network & Security domain .

Key Responsibilities and extensive knowledge of the Following:

  • 6 to 8 years of experience on Network and Security operations.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of Multi-Pod and Multi-Site ACI design, implementation, and support, OS Up-gradation, Tenant constructs, Application network profiles, Contracts, Fabric access policies, L3 extensions & Routing and L3 policies
  • Extensive hands on knowledge of SDA LAN Automation, DNAC , Site Creations, SSID Creations, OS Up gradations
  • Application migration to ACI fabric Working knowledge is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of F5 load Balancer products.
  • Will provide level 3 support as the final point of escalation and run with issues until the point of resolution.
  • Security Health Check implementation
  • Audit compliance
  • Backup Management
  • Hands on experience on Cisco Wireless
  • Interact with the Client and cross functional team to provide necessary support.
  • Primarily to monitor and ensure the Network and Security devices uptime of the client is 100% Prepare weekly reports, monthly availability, and performance reports of the client.
  • Hands on experience on Cisco FTD and FortiGate Firewalls
  • Hands on experience on Cisco WSA Proxy and Cisco ISE.
  • Maintain and update Physical and Logical Network Diagrams'
  • Troubleshooting traffic flows via underlay and overlay
  • Strong Documentation skills

Who You Are

Required 6 to 8 years on Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Perform a variety of complex network engineering tasks independently which are broad in nature and are concerned with the design and implementation of integrated networks, including personnel, hardware, software, and support facilities and/or equipment.
  • Lead major technical/engineering network activities of higher complexity and importance than those normally assigned to junior engineers.
  • Plan and perform network-engineering research, design development, and other assignments in conformance with network design, engineering and customer specifications.
  • Support and Manage Cisco ACI and Cisco SDA Network operations.
  • Support and Manage Firewall Operations
  • Support and Manage the Wireless LAN Operations.
  • Support and Manage Cisco ISE and F5 Load Balancers
  • Audit Compliance.

Qualifications:

Graduate in Computer Science/IT/Electronics Engineering. or equivalent University degree .

Certifications desired: CCNA or CCNP.or Cisco ISE.
