The Role
As a Chief of Staff, you will gain experience and exposure, building your network across Kyndryl's business units, senior leadership, and outside the company. You will develop a deep understanding of the business unit, its strategy and products, its challenges and successes, as well as a broader understanding of how Kyndryl "works" as a company. You'll build general management capability working side by side with a leader who is responsible for a portion of the financial performance of the company.

Essential Skills, Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to supporting executive.
- Prepare for strategic events and customer executive meetings
- Support the creation and delivery of executive presentations for internal forums (e.g., Plan Reviews, Board of Directors meetings) and external engagements with customers and analysts.
- Drive and facilitate workshops focused on Practice Growth.
- Contribute to strengthening external eminence initiatives.
- Stay informed on customer news and industry events relevant to the business.
- Build strong relationships with the supporting executive's direct reports and cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration, drive effectiveness, and influence outcomes.
- Foster trust and long-term partnerships with the leadership team to support Kyndryl's success.
- Manage daily activities to optimize the executive's time, ensuring productivity, accountability, and timely responses.
- Enable the organization to achieve business objectives, drive results, and enhance customer success.
- Ensure the executive is well-prepared for all meetings, including having the necessary materials, customer insights, and latest updates.
- Work closely with the communications team to prepare for critical events (e.g., town halls) and internal/external messaging.
- Monitor emails to identify actionable items and ensure timely responses to approvals, deadlines, and key tasks.
- Draft key communications, including follow-ups from customer meetings and critical approvals.

Compensation
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $146,040 to $277,320 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: $160,680 to $332,760
Colorado: $146,040 to $277,320
New York City: $175,080 to $332,760
Washington: $160,680 to $305,160
Washington DC: $160,680 to $305,160
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
