As a Manager of Process Management on Capital One's Mexico Chief of Staff, you will drive strategy and execute on high-priority projects for the Capital One Mexico organization. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the business. General Responsibilities:

As Manager, Chief of Staff you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex, dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements for Mexico talent selection and labor strategy related tools and processes
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work.
  • Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time
  • Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
  • Own timely execution of monthly and quarterly horizontal reporting deliverables related to operational priorities.
  • As needed, offer other ad-hoc consulting or operational support and advice to major projects or organizational needs/opportunities utilizing institutional knowledge, network of relationships in and out of the organization to help amplify impact.
  • Package strategic and analytical insights into clear, concise and "executive-ready" presentations.

The person will:

  • Demonstrate ability to define priorities and scope work for small or large scale projects, create and maintain project roadmaps, and create accountability on project deliverables
  • Clearly explain complex data findings to stakeholders
  • Display strong consulting and collaboration skills
  • Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive project / program efforts
  • Develop and implement analytical frameworks to monitor and optimize the concrete impact our initiatives are having on our objectives.
  • Analyze data to identify patterns and draw meaningful conclusions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 3 years of project or process management experience
  • 4+ years in communicating and collaborating with multiple partner groups
  • 3+ years of experience working on high level projects partnering with Senior Management
  • At least 4 years working with spreadsheet applications like Google Sheets (part of G Suite) for data cleaning, analysis and visualization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Change Management or Continual Improvement
  • 2+ years of experience involving organizational design, staffing and/or budgets
